One-on-One Coaching — Coaching Only
Private weekly coaching, without the courses. For people who already have the knowledge and want the guidance.
What's included:
- Personalised weekly coaching sessions — built around your questions, your deals and your decisions
- Direct feedback on live situations: a client conversation, a valuation, a negotiation you are mid-way through
- Career and positioning guidance specific to your background and market
This option does not include any courses or masterclasses. It is coaching alone.
Read this before choosing. For $3,999 — $1,499 more — the full One-on-One programme includes the same coaching plus both certification courses and all seven masterclasses. Bought separately those are worth $1,499 on their own.
Coaching-only makes sense if you already hold the IABI certifications, or you are an experienced broker who wants guidance rather than training. If you do not already have the courses, the full programme is better value.
