Both include the same certification courses and masterclasses. The difference is the coaching format: one-on-one gives you direct, private feedback on your own situation; group coaching gives you weekly live sessions with other students, where you learn as much from their questions as your own. One-on-one suits people with a specific situation to work through. Group suits those starting out who benefit from structure and peers.

No. The programme includes both full certification courses and six masterclasses. If you have already bought a course package separately, tell us before enrolling — book a consultation and we will make sure you are not paying twice for the same material.

Coaching shortens the learning curve and reduces the number of expensive mistakes made in front of clients. It does not guarantee an outcome, and no programme honestly can. Most trained brokers close a first deal within three to six months; coaching improves the odds and the pace rather than replacing the work.
